Return Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with our product. However, we are unable to accept returns without prior authorization from our sales department. On request, a return authorization number will be given to you. Please mark this number clearly on your return shipment.
If you have any issues with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your items so we can assist you promptly.
Please note:
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to provide exchanges or store credit, including for rental items.
The customer is responsible for covering the return freight costs. A customer service member will provide information regarding the cost to return the order once the authorization number number has been issued.
Note: Granting an authorization number to return does not guarantee that merchandise will be approved for a store credit, until goods are inspected.
Unused, resaleable, regular priced goods in original packing, returned freight prepaid within 30 days of invoice, will generally be accepted without a restocking charge.
