We ship to most US states, US territories & Canada. We do not ship to post office boxes, APO’s or FPO’S.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
Typically, orders depart from our warehouse within one to two business days of placement. We typically utilize Canpar, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx for standard shipments, all of which offer trackable methods. For larger items, freight companies are employed. As shipping costs for such orders cannot be provided through our website, a customer service member will reach out to you after your online order is placed to explore shipping alternatives and associated costs. Please be informed that payment for these orders will not be accepted until shipping options have been reviewed with you, and your agreement to proceed with the order has been confirmed.

Backorder
If any item in your order is presently on backorder, we will promptly notify you. This allows you to choose whether you prefer the order to be shipped in its entirety once all items are available, or if you would like us to ship the majority of the order immediately and the backordered item separately at a later time.
Delivery Restrictions
Oversized ItemsWe do not offer direct shipping rates via our website for oversized items or those exceeding 100 lbs, as additional skid fees may apply. If your order falls into these categories, you have the following choices:
RETURNS
Return Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with our product. However, we are unable to accept returns without prior authorization from our sales department. On request, a return authorization number will be given to you. Please mark this number clearly on your return shipment.
The customer is responsible for covering the return freight costs. A customer service member will provide information regarding the cost to return the order once the authorization number number has been issued.
Note: Granting an authorization number to return does not guarantee that merchandise will be approved for a store credit, until goods are inspected.
Unused, resaleable, regular priced goods in original packing, returned freight prepaid within 30 days of invoice, will generally be accepted without a restocking charge.

- Pick-up your order in person.
- Delivery through your own courier. To choose this option, please select the ‘My Courier’ shipping method at checkout and enter your courier information.
- Have a sale representative contact you to discuss all delivery options and costs. To choose this option, please select ‘Large Weight or Volume Shipment’ as your shipping method at checkout. Please leave your contact details on the order form and one of our sale representative will contact you regarding the shipping cost.
